Emerald Oak Design is the interior design studio that authored the look, feel and material rhythm of The Charlotte Masterpiece. The studio's role extended far beyond surface decoration — it shaped every wall, ceiling plane, and architectural moment that defines how the residence is experienced from room to room.

The studio's approach is rooted in restraint and pairing — quiet palettes punctuated by deliberate moments of weight: a single onyx slab, a smoked-oak wall, a hand-troweled plaster ceiling. Materials are layered to age beautifully rather than to impress immediately.

What Emerald Oak Design Brought to the Estate

Whole-Home Material Palette

Emerald Oak Design developed the unified material palette across 18,000+ square feet — stone, wood, plaster, metal and textile selections were balanced room-by-room so each space feels distinct yet part of one residence.

Custom Millwork Direction

Every custom cabinetry run, paneled wall, ceiling treatment, and built-in was designed by Emerald Oak Design in coordination with the builder's millwork shop — including the kitchen, pantries, primary closet, bar, and library.

Lighting & Fixtures

Decorative lighting, sconces, chandeliers and plumbing fixtures were specified by Emerald Oak Design, layered against the architectural lighting scheme to create cinematic moments at every hour of the day.

Furnishing & Art Direction

The studio led furniture, rug, drapery and art direction across primary spaces — composing rooms that read as collected over time rather than installed in a single delivery.
